Once an order is completed, the customer will receive informative emails regarding the progress of the order. These emails will contain details regarding the availability of products, the dispatch time of the order, and the date of receipt by the courier company.


We take great care to ensure that our stock information is accurate. However, there may be instances where a product appears to be available when it is not. Therefore, it is important to note that only the email confirmation of your order will confirm the availability of the product in question.

Please note that there may be variations in color and design in the product photographs, which will be indicated with appropriate information on the product information page.


The manufacturers of the products are responsible for their characteristics and descriptions.

Right of withdrawal from orders of physical goods

We want to make you aware of your rights as a consumer. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods, without having to provide a reason. To exercise this right, you can notify us by post, fax or email.


If you choose to withdraw from the contract, the returned goods must be in perfect and unused condition, with all the original packaging and contents included (accessories, feature sheets, stickers, gifts, etc.). We will refund the full value of the products you return, by deposit to the bank account you provide us, within 14 calendar days of receiving notification of your withdrawal.


Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods by post and they must be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your withdrawal. We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the goods back.

Shipping and delivery times

Thank you for your order! Here's what you can expect in terms of processing and shipping times: if your order is completed before 12:00 am and if the website indicates that the products are in stock, it usually takes 2-5 working days to process and ship your order to the shipping company. Please note that working days are considered to be weekdays and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.


Once your order has been sent to the transport company, you will receive an informative email to the email address you provided when you placed your order. This email will contain the shipping number (voucher), and you can track the whereabouts of your order from the transport company's website.


Please keep in mind that the courier company does not make deliveries on Saturdays. If you require Saturday delivery, we can arrange that for an extra charge. Simply contact us with your request and we'll take care of it!

Shipping charges

Shipping costs include packaging costs, as well as handling costs.

In case of change (return of products and new shipment), the difference between the new shipment and the return is calculated for the new shipment as the purchase value.


In the event of non-receipt of the products due to the customer's negligence, the customer's account is charged with shipping costs, regardless of whether costs were not charged in the original shipment.​

Order cancellation

To cancel your order after its completion, please contact us by phone or email stating your order number and explaining why you wish to cancel it.


We have the right to cancel the customer's order and make the products available for sale, in the event that the customer, while having stated "Pick up from store" has not come to pick up his order within (5) five days from the notification.

Product Warranty

The products are guaranteed to be of good quality and function by their manufacturers and meet all safety specifications and quality protocols required.

If, nevertheless, an item due to material failure presents a problem, you have the option of replacing it with the guarantee you will find in the packaging or with the purchase receipt/invoice.

The shipping costs for the replacement of the product are borne by us.​​

The security of your transactions on our site is a given and, under no circumstances does it ask for or collect credit card numbers, bank account numbers and personal passwords.
